Also, we still have copies of Warren Henderson's book, Last Miracle In Detour, for donations of $12 or more ($15.95 if mailed).

NOTE:  If you donate money and wish to receive any of these items, please write it on your check in the memo area or type it into the "message/comment" section with your online donation.  These items will be dispersed on a first come, first served basis as the quantity is limited.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

LifeSouth The people at LifeSouth Community Blood Centers provide blood and blood products to many hospitals in Central Alabama including Children's Hospital.  Victoria’s condition requires that she receive frequent platelet transfusions (a type of blood product).  She will also need a bone marrow transplant in the future (unfortunately neither of her big brothers are a match).  In order to help Victoria and other children, they are hosting a Blood and Bone Marrow Drive on April 5th at the Warren World event.  Please stop by LifeSouth's Bloodmobile which will be parked on-site at the event from 12 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Help Victoria and others by donating.  Donation is a way for you to help save lives!

Kendra Sutton at Warren World Oct 2007 - Fox 6 Video
Kendra Sutton at Warren World Oct 2007 - Fox 6 Video
We here at Warren World, Inc. have just been notified of Victoria Sutton's sudden illness with a diagnosis of AML Leukemia.   She is currently in Children's Hospital of Birmingham.  Victoria is the 8-year-old daughter of local musician/artist Kendra Sutton.  Kendra Sutton is one of the musicians from the Birmingham, AL area who donated a performance at the last Warren World Event in October 2007.  You can see part of her performance as it was covered by Fox 6 News: Kendra Sutton at the 4th Annual Warren World Benefit.  If you're not familiar with Kendra Sutton's music, you can check out her myspace profile at www.myspace.com/kendrasuttonband.
We know, with the economy the way it is, that most people are just trying to make it through as best they can.  Having a young child struck suddenly with a serious illness can be as devastating financially as it most definitely is emotionally and physically.  Kendra Sutton gave her time and talent at the last Warren World event to help other people's children.  Now, it's time for Warren World to return the favor and help her daughter, Victoria.  Victoria (age 8) is the youngest of Ms. Sutton's three children.  Victoria's brothers are Bobby (age 10) and Dakoda (age 14).  Bobby is scheduled to be evaluated to see if he can donate bone marrow to help his little sister.

We are already receiving greatly appreciated support and/or sponsorship from:
     Centaurus Financial/Steven Isbell (map)
     Magic City Online
     The Birmingham Weekly
     Two Sisters Photography
     The Magic City Blues Society

Also, we have musicians/artists already lining up to help:
     Jesse Payne - www.jessepayneonline.com
     Sister Moonshine - www.myspace.com/sistermoonshineband
     Jubal John - www.myspace.com/jubaljohndalzell
     Kevin Klein - www.myspace.com/kevinkleinspace
     Peanut - www.angelfire.com/al3/peanut476/
     Fever Dog - www.myspace.com/feverdoggrowls

All ages welcome.  This is a free event (but donations are appreciated).  Keep checking back for updates!!!
